Who has been in your tournaments this year?

What do I need in order to register my team?
-- You need to scan, fax or mail in a registraton form and a player waiver form, plus payment.
Where can I find the mandatory player waiver form?
-- Right here.
Once I've sent in a registration form or emailed you, are we in?
-- There is a waiting list for teams in our most popular tournaments. Just because we have a spot open doesn't mean you are in the tournament. Because of the fluidity of teams and their schedules, your spot is only cemented once you've paid and/or the schedule is released.
When can I expect to see a schedule?
-- In most cases, the schedule is completed once the tournament is full or within two weeks of the tournament, whichever happens first.
Can you give me a list of clubs who have already registered?
-- We can give you names, but please understand that all participation is at the club's desire.
What do my players need to compete at Sahlen's?
-- We require the participation waiver linked above as well as a roster. Canadian clubs do not need their books.
My club is traveling from another state/country/county. Can my games be at a specific time?
-- We like to fit all kick-offs between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. We cannot control, however, when your team will play. Please indicate your preferences during the registration process.
The schedule is out and it is inconvenient for my club. Can you change it?
-- You may make a case by emailing nick@sahlensportspark.com, but please understand that every team is competing and each team deserves the chance at a fair schedule.
Can I meet any of the Western New York Flash team or see their locker room?
-- We try to accommodate all fans of the Flash. Please email aj@sahlensportspark.com for more information.
We cannot make your tournament dates for our age group. Can you get us friendlies?
-- We are very happy to help arrange friendlies, but please understand that time is very tight and field time very requested at our facility.
