Registering yourself or your team has never been easier. Select which registration option you need from the options below. Print the registration form, fill in all the information, and mail it with your payment to Sahlen Sports Park. Once one of our registration specialists receives the forms, we will contact you to verify all the information and complete the registration process. You can also register in person at Sahlen Sports Park during business hours.
Individual Registration
Use this form to register for any league, clinic, camp, and tournament. If you don't have a team, and you're registering for a league or tournament, we will gladly assign you to a team.
Team Registration
Coaches and managers use this form to submit your teams information for leagues and for tournaments, use this one.
PLAYER WAIVER FORM
