Sahlen’s indoor sports complex is home to hundreds of adult indoor lacrosse leagues, parent indoor lacrosse leagues, youth indoor lacrosse leagues, and kids indoor lacrosse leagues from Rochester New York, Erie Pennsylvania (PA), and Niagara Falls Canada, as well as Buffalo New York and its surrounding towns.

League Information
Our lacrosse league games will be played on the full indoor field (96 yards X 30 yards). A deposit of $250.00 is required with every application. All teams must be paid in full prior to their first scheduled game.
