![]() Sports performance training at Sahlen Sports Park is about physical conditioning and preparing your body and mind for peak performance. You set your goals and we help you achieve them. The three levels of this program allow athletes ages 10 and up to gradually work their way up.
Through this program you can improve strength, speed, quickness and agility, which are all important aspects of competitive sports. The sessions are closely supervised and structured for tracking progress. At the end of each session all participants are evaluated and further recommendations will be made. Phase l consists of two parts:
Instructor: Demeris Johnson - "Perfecting Your Performance" Demeris is a former NFL player with the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills. After a 12 year career taking him from high school and college to the pros he has developed a program for those seeking to be the best they can be in their sport. Phase ll, lll Soccer Training This portion of sports performance training is created to enhance your skills and abilities, develop good habits and increase the quality of your performance. Each eight week session is structured to cover eight topics and their importance to the game of soccer.

Sign up for single or eight week sessions. Space is limited. Maximum 40 players per eight week session or twelve players per practice. Players are divided into three different levels based on age and experience.
